一、组织公民行为:教师职业特性的需要教师职业具有其他职业所不具有的特殊性,这主要表现为教育劳动具有劳动主体与工具的同一性,即教师本人既是劳动者又是教育教学的工具[1]。而学校组织是松散联结的系统,即教育组织内部的人员、机构间的联系呈现松散联结的特征[2]。这便要求教师具有自觉和自律的德性,而组织公民行为正是教师自觉和自律的表现。

However, the school organization is a loosely connected system, that is, the personnel inside the education organization, and the linkages among the institutions are characterized by loose links [2]. This requires that teachers have a sense of self-discipline and self-discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior is the performance of self-discipline and self-discipline.
