什么是转基因食品 转基因食品是利用分子生物学手段,将某些生物的基因转移到其他生物物种中去,使其出现原物种不具有的性状或产物,以转基因生物为原料加工生产的食品。产量高,营养丰富和抗病能力强,是转基因生物的优势。不过,目前这种技术处于起步阶段,有许多人坚持认为,它培育出来的食物是不自然的。
What is a genetically modified food Genetically modified foods is the use of molecular biology means to transfer the genes of certain organisms to other biological species to make them appear the traits or products that the original species do not have and process the produced foods using the genetically modified organisms as raw materials. High yield, nutrient-rich and disease-resistant ability, is the advantage of genetically modified organisms. However, at present, this technology is in its infancy, and many people insist that the food it cultivates is unnatural.
