对不同含量的聚酰胺6(PA6)在微型注塑中对聚丙烯(PP)形态结构和结晶行为的影响,以及PA6的相形态进行了详细研究。偏光显微镜(PLM)结果表明,微型制品中存在明显的“皮-芯”结构。扫面电镜(SEM)结果表明,PA6在PP中形成了良好的纤维,并且PA6的加入会使中心层的球晶尺寸变小,剪切层的柱晶结构更加细化。DSC和WAXD结果也同时表明了微型注塑中的剪切力和温度场能够促进β晶的生成,然而PA6的加入会降低β晶的含量。
The effects of different content of polyamide 6 (PA6) on morphology and crystallization behavior of polypropylene (PP) in micro-injection molding and phase morphology of PA6 were studied in detail. Polarizing microscope (PLM) results show that there is a clear “skin-core” structure in the micro-articles. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that PA6 forms a good fiber in PP, and the addition of PA6 will make the spherulite size of the central layer smaller and the columnar crystal structure of the shear layer more refined. DSC and WAXD results also show that the shear force and temperature field in micro injection can promote the formation of β crystal, however, the addition of PA6 will reduce the β crystal content.
