辽河油田作为中国石油天然气集团公司骨干企业,是全国最大的稠油和高凝油生产基地,年产原油1000万吨,天然气8亿立方米。用工总量12万人,矿区人口33万。近年来,油田党委积极探索思想政治工作方式方法,在中央企业中率先运用内部资源开展员工帮助计划(简称EAP),有力地促进了企业科学发展、和谐发展。
Liaohe Oilfield, as the backbone enterprise of China National Petroleum Corporation, is the country’s largest heavy oil and high pour point production base, with an annual output of 10 million tons of crude oil and 800 million cubic meters of natural gas. Total employment 120,000 people, mining population 330,000. In recent years, party committees of oilfields have actively explored ways and means of ideological and political work, spearheaded the use of internal resources in the development of employee assistance programs (EAPs) among the central enterprises, and effectively promoted the scientific and harmonious development of the enterprises.
