当前,我国新一轮的基础教育课程的改革正在我省的各个学校展开,从教师与课程的关系来说,教师是课程的实施者,又是课程的解释者,通过教师在教学中的具体实施,课程(旧称教材)才能更好地为学生所接受和理解。纵观课程改革史,教师的参与程度和状态直接左右着新课程的推行。因此,教师是影响课程改革成败的关键因素。广大教师对新课程的理解与认同意义重大。在推行新课程的过程中,教师必须以新的观念来理解和实施新课程。否则,以原有的观念看待新课程,无异于“旧瓶装新酒”、“穿新鞋走老路”,课程改革就很难达到预期的目的,下面从三个方面来谈对课程改革的理解。
