目的探讨病例导入式教学在理疗技术教学中的应用效果。方法将我校康复治疗技术专业2012级学生随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组按传统教学法授课,观察组采取病例导入式教学法,通过问卷调查及理论考试进行教学效果评价。结果观察组的理论考试成绩及病例分析正确率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对病例导入式教学的评价明显高于对传统教学的评价(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在高职高专理疗技术教学中应用病例导入式教学,教学效果优于传统教学模式,有利于提高学生的临床实践能力,既能激发学生的学习兴趣,又能充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。
Objective To explore the application of case-guided teaching in physiotherapy teaching. Methods The students of grade 2012 in rehabilitation therapy specialty of our university were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was taught by traditional teaching method. The observation group was guided by case-introduced teaching method, and the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and theoretical examination. Results The results of the test in the observation group and the correct rate of case analysis were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). The evaluation of case-guided teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The application of case-guided teaching in physiotherapy teaching in higher vocational colleges is better than the traditional teaching mode in teaching, which is beneficial to improve students’ clinical practice ability. It can not only stimulate students’ interest in learning, but also give full play to students’ subjective initiative, Improve students’ ability to analyze and solve problems.
