作为一种崭新的企业组织模式,虚拟企业已成为管理理论界和实践界研究的热点课题之一,而虚拟企业的实施和运作、生存和发展,除了信息技术的支持外,还需要企业文化的支持,企业文化作为企业的上层建筑,它是企业成长的决定因素之一。当前许多专家学者在虚拟企业文化建设有许多开创性的探索,但还不完善。本文在研究虚拟企业文化建设的诸方面要素,以中国文化和社会环境为载体的儒家理论,以及两者的相互影响,在此基础上来构建虚拟企业的企业文化,以使其在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,因此该研究具有重要的理论与实践意义。
