依次利用2-萘酚、1,6-二溴己烷、和厚朴酚,对2-硝基-5,10,15,20-四苯基卟啉及其金属配合物进行结构修饰,首次得到四对同分异构体桥连卟啉光敏剂,目标产物经UV-Vis,1H NMR,H-H COSY,IR,MS,元素分析等表征.以1,3-二苯基异苯并呋喃(DPBF)为猝灭剂测定了桥连卟啉产生单线态氧的能力;采用凝胶电泳和紫外-可见光谱滴定法,初步考察了化合物对pBR322质粒DNA的光敏切割能力及其与小牛胸腺DNA的作用模式.
