普通高中的普通班的高三学生,由于学习行为习惯差,学习动力不够,能力不足,笔者利用“音乐”作为平台,开展了“励志”、“亲情”、“友情”教育,于高三这一年的班主任工作的探索和尝试个人感觉收获很多:音乐是一种手段,是一种载体,它帮助我们敞开自己的心扉,增强相互的交流能力,完善自我的个性发展。最终使得学生在社会中确立自己的地位,能把中华民族的传统美德在生活中传递,构建和谐社会!
