血潜指纹常在一些凶杀、抢劫案的现场上出现,大部分是案犯作案后接触物体时遗留下的,价值很高,血潜指纹在普通可见光照射下用肉眼从不同角度观察,隐约能够看见模糊的纹线。但在普通光下拍摄效果却不够理想。因此,我们常用四甲基联苯胺溶液(TMB)或无色孔雀绿溶液染色后进行拍照提取。用四甲基联苯胺法或孔雀绿溶液处理后的血潜指纹就不能用其它方法再处理,如处理失败就可能损失重要证据。笔者摸索用一定波长的光源拍摄提取血潜指纹,取得了很好的效果。向广大同行介绍如下:
