姊妹染色单体互换(Sister chromatid exchange, SCE)是指在染色单体相同的位置之间DNA的相互交换。这一技术自70年代问世以来,其法方不断得以完善和创新,现已广泛应用于基础医学,毒理、临床和坏境监测等领域,是一种简单、快速检测环境诱变剂的致癌,致畸、致突作用较理想的方法。正常人SCE基准频率国内外已有一些报告,但数值受一些因素的影响尚有较大的差别。本文检测了6名正常人外周血淋巴细胞SCE,现将结果报告如下。
