在实际应用中,很多切割设备存在切割精度不够、自动化水平不高的弊端,为满足对切割质量和切割精度不断提高的要求,发展高精度、高智能化的自动切割机势在必行。采用PLC、运动控制器和伺服驱动系统配以位置检测装置等构建板材切割机运动控制系统,完成运动轨迹控制,实现平面任意图形切割,可满足各种不同场合的切割需求。以触摸屏作为HMI,完成上位机控制以及切割状态显示,画面生动,可操作性强。该控制系统可提高加工工件的质量以及加工自动化程度,从而提高产品数量。
In practice, many cutting devices have disadvantages of insufficient cutting precision and low automation level. To meet the requirements of cutting quality and cutting accuracy, it is imperative to develop automatic cutting machines with high precision and high intelligence. Adopting PLC, motion controller and servo drive system together with position detection device to build motion control system of sheet metal cutting machine, complete motion path control and realize any graphic cutting in plane, which can meet the cutting demand of different occasions. With the touch screen as the HMI, the control of the host computer and the cutting status display are completed, the picture is vivid and operability is strong. The control system can improve the quality of the workpiece and the degree of processing automation, thereby increasing the number of products.
