近年来,党和政府高度重视协调劳动关系,维护职工合法权益,劳动关系总体呈和谐稳定发展态势。特别是国有企业改革不断向纵深发展,企业产权结构得到优化,管理体制逐步理顺,经营机制正在激活,一批长期亏损、资不抵债、扭亏无望的企业和资源枯竭矿山平稳有序地退出市场,国有企业的整体效益明显提高,改革取得显著成效,有力促进了劳动关系和谐与职工队伍稳定。
In recent years, the party and the government have attached great importance to coordinating labor relations and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers. The overall labor relations showed a harmonious and stable development. In particular, the reform of state-owned enterprises continues to develop in depth. The structure of property rights of enterprises has been optimized. The management system has been gradually streamlined and the operating mechanism is being activated. A number of enterprises, long-term deficits, insolvency, hopeless losses and resource depletion mines, have withdrawn from the market in a stable and orderly manner The overall efficiency of state-owned enterprises has obviously improved, the reform has achieved remarkable results, effectively promoting the harmony of labor relations and the stability of the workforce.
