甘肃北山处于北疆地洼区天山地穹系之东段,是中生代以来相对活动的地区。区内火山岩系极为发育,中酸性侵入岩大面积出露,其中相当一部分侵入岩具有高硅、高碱的特征;构造形相十分醒目,紧闭褶皱和一系列断层构成一幅左行斜列的美丽图景。区内岩金矿点较多,具有较好的内生金矿成矿地质背景。一、金元素地球化学特征简述金是极稳定的元素之一,常以自然金(“0”价)状态出现在不同层位、不同岩性和不同构造部位。金的迁移、富集,必然受自身地球化学特征制约。据有关文献,可大致归纳为: (一)金的惰性取决于它的电离势、电负性和氧化还原电位均较高; (二)自然界中金的存在状态,是自然金、金属互化物或以类质同象、弥散状态(中性原子)分散在造岩矿物和副矿物中,自然金最常见;
