本文通过琼脂培养小鼠骨髓GM-CFC,经过原位染色,在高倍显微镜下动态观察了集落的细胞形态学。按集落组成的细胞类型可把细胞集落分成5种基本形态。它们发展的相互关系是,随着培养时间的延长,开始为90%的致密型集落,以后急剧下降,而同时其它类型的集落很快增多,其中尤以巨噬细胞增加明显。不同类型细胞集落的辐射敏感性也有很大差异,粒系致密型的D_0值为60.2 rad,巨噬系分散型集落最不敏感,其D_0值为226.6rad。
In this study, the mouse bone marrow GM-CFCs were cultured on agar and the morphology of colonies was dynamically observed under a high magnification microscope by in situ staining. Cell colonies can be divided into five basic morphologies by the cell type of the colony. The relationship between them is as follows: 90% of the compact colonies began to grow as the culturing time increased, and then dropped sharply thereafter. Meanwhile, other types of colonies rapidly increased, especially macrophages increased significantly. The radiosensitivity of different types of cell colonies also vary greatly. The D0 value of the granulocyte compact type is 60.2 rad, and the macrophage dispersed colonies are the least sensitive with the D0 value of 226.6 rad.
