尊重指尊崇而敬重,重视、尊重他人的权利和意见。《幼儿教育指导纲要》和《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》都告诉我们,要尊重幼儿的人格和权利,尊重幼儿身心发展的规律和学习特点,尊重和满足他们不断增长的独立要求,尊重幼儿在发展水平、已有经验、学习方式等方面的个体差异,用适当的方式给予帮助和指导,使每一个幼儿都能感受到安全、愉快和成功。尊重孩子,是我们幼儿教师应有的教育理念和技能,幼儿园教育其实就是做尊重孩子的事。
Respect means respected and respected, valued, respect the rights and opinions of others. Both the Guidelines for Early Childhood Education and the Guide for Learning and Development for 3-6-year-olds tell us that we must respect young children’s personality and rights, respect the laws and learning characteristics of young children’s physical and mental development, respect and satisfy their ever-growing independent demands, Respect children’s individual differences in terms of level of development, existing experience and learning styles, and give help and guidance in an appropriate way so that every young child can feel safe, enjoyable and successful. Respect for children, our kindergarten teachers should have the education philosophy and skills, kindergarten education is actually doing respect for children.
