长期以来,我国英语教学普遍存在过分侧重认知方面,忽视情感因素对英语学习的影响作用的现象。研究情感因素与英语教学的关系,以及如何运用它来提高英语教学效果,对促进学生整体素质的提高和个性的发展有着深远的意义。情感是人对客观事物是否符合自己的需要而产生的内心体验,是影响人的身心各方面的强大的精神力量,也是教学中重要的非智力因素。它包括积极情感,如兴趣、自信、自尊心、意志和合作精神等;消极情感,如焦虑、胆怯、过于内向和缺乏学习动机等。情感是影响学习者学习行为和学习效果的重要因素。
For a long time, there is a common phenomenon in English teaching in our country that it places too much emphasis on cognition and ignores the influence of affective factors on English learning. Studying the relationship between affective factors and English teaching and how to use it to improve the effectiveness of English teaching have far-reaching significance in promoting the improvement of students' overall quality and personality development. Emotion is the inner experience of whether or not the objective things meet their own needs. It is a powerful spiritual force that affects all aspects of the body and mind. It is also an important non-intellectual factor in teaching. It includes positive emotions, such as interest, self-confidence, self-esteem, will and spirit of cooperation; negative emotions such as anxiety, timidity, introverted and lack of motivation to learn. Emotion is an important factor that influences learner's learning behavior and learning effect.
