取人工流产胚胎主动脉弓标本15例,按常规扫描电镜方法制作标本。标本按胎龄分3组,共摄片27张。观察标本上内皮脱落处的内弹性膜,用立体学方法测量照片上的窗孔数和面积,计算出单位面积上窗孔的平均面积。结果表明:第2个月胚胎内弹性膜已出现很多小孔,第3个月小孔融合成窗孔,随胎龄增长,窗孔数增多,面积增大。单位面积上窗孔的平均面积(x±s):2~3个月时为0.2024±0.0636;4~5个月时为0.2781±0.1194;6~9个月时为0.3929±0.0688。本研究提示,胚胎期间内皮下层的形成与内弹性膜窗孔面积的大小有直接关系。
Fifteen cases of aortic arch specimens of abortion were made and samples were made by conventional scanning electron microscopy. The specimens were divided into 3 groups according to gestational age, a total of 27 films. Observe the specimen on the endothelium off within the elastic membrane, using the stereoscopic method to measure the number of holes on the photo and the area to calculate the average area per unit area of the window. The results showed that there were many small holes in the inner elastic membrane in the second month, and the third small hole merged into a fenestration. With the increase of gestational age, the number of fenestration increased and the area increased. The average area of the fenestration on the unit area (x ± s) was 0.2024 ± 0.0636 at 2 ~ 3 months and 0.2781 ± 0.1194 at 4 ~ 5 months. At 6 ~ 9 months 0.3929 ± 0.0688. The present study suggests that the formation of the subepithelial layer during embryogenesis is directly related to the size of the intra-elastic membrane window area.
