结晶器检测现场存在温度高、粉尘多、噪声大、排线困难等问题。针对上述情况,将蓝牙技术应用于结晶器振动检测之中,设计了一种基于蓝牙技术的无线智能结晶器检测系统。给出了该系统的总体架构、传感器侧和上位机侧主要部分的软硬件实现方案以及关键的去噪算法。此系统充分利用了蓝牙技术的无线传输、功耗低、体积小、成本低等优点。工业现场试验证明:该系统运行稳定,传输数据可靠,较好满足了工业现场的实际要求,具有较高的实用价值。
Mold testing site presence of high temperature, dust, noise, cable difficulties and other issues. In view of the above situation, the Bluetooth technology is applied to the vibration detection of the mold, and a wireless intelligent mold detection system based on Bluetooth technology is designed. The overall architecture of the system, the hardware and software implementation of the main part of the sensor and host computer, and the key denoising algorithm are given. This system takes full advantage of the wireless transmission of Bluetooth technology, low power consumption, small size, low cost and other advantages. Industrial field tests show that the system is stable and has reliable transmission data, which meets the actual requirements of industrial sites and has high practical value.
