长跑是高中体育教学科目中不可或缺的一项,它的重要性不亚于英语学科中的词汇学习。但是纵观我国教学的实际情况,很多高中体育课上,由于学生怕吃苦、怕受累,所以常常会选择一些奇怪的理由来逃避长跑课程。而老师又不可能做出强制性的措施,只能通过说服等办法尽可能让学生完成这一学习任务,而这种处理办法不但起不到良好的效果,有时反而会让其他学生觉得长跑乏味,长跑课可上也可不上,从而严重降低了整体的学习质量。为了改变这一局面,我们必须从根源上着手,只有让学生肯去学、愿意学,才可以最大程度地实现长跑锻炼的目的。
Long-distance running is an indispensable item in high school PE teaching. Its importance is no less than the vocabulary learning in the English discipline. However, looking at the actual situation of teaching in our country, many senior high school physical education classes often choose some strange reasons to avoid long-distance running courses because of their fear of suffering and fear of being involved. Teachers can not make coercive measures. They can try their best to accomplish this task through persuasion and so on. Such measures not only fail to achieve good results, but sometimes make other students feel boring long-distance running , Long-distance courses can be on or not, thus seriously reducing the overall quality of learning. In order to change this situation, we must start from the root causes. Only by allowing students to go to school and be willing to learn can we achieve the goal of long-distance running to the maximum extent.
