以提升传播力为目标的新一轮传媒改革,需要思考和面对媒体与政府、媒体与市场、媒体与媒体人的关系。要摈弃关于国家与市场、新闻自由和政府相对立的二元对立思维和工具思维;媒体的改革在运行逻辑上要遵照市场的规律,要考虑到媒体自身的特殊性和新闻生产、传播的规律性以及媒介自身意愿;媒体要真正认识到新闻工作者的工作对于社会的价值以及与之匹配的劳动价值,尊重他们的劳动权益以及职业尊严感和实现感。
