我厂采用直接热装高炉(84米~3×3)铁水的方式,在涡鼓型碱性空气侧吹转炉(3吨×3)上冶炼焊条钢 H08A,以铝圈封顶浇注八时钢锭。自七二年以来,我厂生产的 H08A 锭制成的结422焊条,在焊接工艺性能,焊缝机械性能及焊缝金属化学成份等方面均符合 GB981—67标准要求。为了不断提高其质量,创造名牌产品,我们进行了多次物理检验与化学分析,探索铝封顶锭的结构;钢的偏析和钢中气体含量与夹杂物种类,并与上海十时半锭对比分析,探讨操作工艺对它们的影响,从而为改进工艺,制定焊条钢 H08A 熔炼的厂控标准及其降级规定提供依据。
In our factory, the direct hot blast blast furnace (84m ~ 3x3) hot metal is used to smelt the electrode steel H08A on the vortex drum type basic air side blow converter (3t × 3).
