“3+2”、“五年一贯制”学生在现在的高职院校还有相当一部分数量存在,但是当部分高职院校老师一提到这些学生时,他们总是摇头感叹,“这些学生真是太差,没法教”、“他们简直是社会的垃圾”……这些学生真有他们形容的那么差吗?是偏见,还是事实?我们都强调尊师重教,学生应该尊重老师,但老师在教学管理的过程中又有没有充分关爱学生、重视对这些学生的教育呢?为什么学校老师会对这些学生产生如此偏见?我们应如何正视这些偏见呢?
There are still a considerable number of students in vocational colleges nowadays, but when some of the teachers in higher vocational colleges mentioned these students, they always shook their heads Sigh, “These students are really bad, can not teach ”, “They are simply rubbish of the society ” ... these students really have they describe so bad? Prejudice, or fact? Teachers should respect teachers, but teachers in the process of teaching management have not fully concerned about students, emphasis on the education of these students? Why do the school teachers will have such prejudices against these students? How should we face these prejudices?
