本文研究设计的压力表自动检定系统,将图像识别技术与人机交互技术有机结合,系统主要由图像采集模块、压力源测量控制器、检定数据自动处理等模块构成;以机器视觉获取高于人工目测精度的仪表示值信息,整个检定过程通过微机控制并对数据实时处理,解决了压力表传统检定方法带来的缺陷与不足,免除了人工读数,不仅检定效率可大大提高,而且实现了检定过程的自动化与智能化。
