目的:采用HPLC法测定辽东楤木中楤木皂苷ⅹ的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(35∶65);检测波长203 nm;柱温30℃;流速0.8 ml/min;进样量:10μl。结果:楤木皂苷ⅹ在0.60~4.80μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.14%,RSD为1.13%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于辽东楤木的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of albacium saponins in Alnus cremastogyne by HPLC. METHODS: The column was Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (35:65). The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 0.8 ml / Sample size: 10μl. Results: There was a good linear relationship between albino saponins and peak area (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 98.14% and RSD was 1.13%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of alder.
