中学文言文教学的一大重点是释词通句。释词是基础,通句是结果。要让句子通顺必先打好释词基础,尤其要注意对多义词词义的解析,因为汉语多义词的现象非常普遍,对于不很发达的古代汉语来说更是这样,所以一词多义也是中学文言文教学的重点和难点。我们要真正读通弄懂文言作品,除了强调多读多看,注意积累和分类归纳外,懂得如何去辨析多义词在文句中的确定含义是十分重要。一般来讲,确定一个多义词在具体文句中的单一含义,可以从下面几方面着手。
