一、引言三峡水利工程是举世瞩目的大型工程,对这项工程进行环境的评价及其对策研究,无论在生产上和科学上都具有重大的现实意义和长远的历史价值。进行这项大型环境综合性研究,除了采用多学科联合“围攻”外,还要从大环境的角度,应用环境系统论的观点,才能系统地、准确地进行环境评价和优化模型。其中采用环境遥感方法,是环境研究中比较直接的有效方法之一。这种大型水利工程的生态与环境的效应是多层次、多因素的群体,应用遥感方法可以从宏观整体与微观深化相结合的进行分析,从而作出科学的予断评价。
I. INTRODUCTION The Three Gorges Water Conservancy Project is a large-scale project attracting worldwide attention. It is of great practical and long-term historical and historical significance both in production and in science to carry out environmental assessment of this project and its countermeasures. In order to comprehensively study this large-scale environment, we must conduct a systematic and accurate environmental assessment and optimization model in addition to adopting a multidisciplinary joint “siege”. Among them, the environmental remote sensing method is one of the more direct and effective methods in environmental research. The ecological and environmental effects of this large-scale water conservancy project are multi-level and multi-factor groups. Using remote sensing methods can be combined with macro-overall and micro-deepening to make a scientific assessment.
