对于渐进成形工艺成形锥形件,当成形角度大于极限成形角时,需采用多道次成形。多道次成形路径设计相对复杂,通过参数化路径可有效简化成形路径设计过程。文章基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA平台建立了金属板料外轮廓支撑渐进成形的有限元模型,以壁厚均匀为目标,通过数值模拟对一定口径和深度的75°锥形件进行路径设计和优化,得到了75°锥形件渐进成形的参数化路径方程,并对其进行实验验证。验证结果表明,该参数化路径在一定范围内可行。
For progressive forming process conical parts, when the forming angle is greater than the limit forming angle, the need for multi-pass forming. The design of multipath forming path is relatively complicated, and the path of the forming path can be effectively simplified through the parameterized path. Based on the ANSYS / LS-DYNA platform, a finite element model of progressive forming of sheet metal outer contour was established. With the goal of uniform wall thickness, the path design and optimization of a 75 ° cone with a certain diameter and depth were carried out by numerical simulation. The parametric path equation of progressive formation of 75 ° cone was obtained and verified by experiments. The verification results show that the parameterized path is feasible within a certain range.
