一、问题的提出许多职校生的英语基础是非常薄弱的,不少学生对学习英语失去信心。其实,他们中绝大多部分同学是积极要求上进的,学习态度认真,智力也不差,可为什么英语总也学不好呢?为了剖析这个问题,笔者经常向这类学生了解他们学习英语的感受,从中发现了一个共同点,那就是:他们很少对自己的学习行为和学习效果进行反思。长期以来他们在英语学习上缺少反思意识,在英语学习中过于被动,必然造成思维定式,兴趣丧失,抑制其创造性的发挥。

In fact, most of the students in the majority of them are actively seeking progress, learning attitudes are serious, and their intelligence is not bad. Why can’t English always learn well? To analyze this issue, I often learn from these students how they feel about learning English. They found one thing in common: They seldom reflect on their own learning behavior and learning effects. For a long time, they lacked the reflective consciousness in English learning and were too passive in English learning, which inevitably led to the establishment of thinking patterns, loss of interest, and inhibition of their creative play.
