本文实验目的是针对以下问题:房水中抗坏血酸过量时能否加速正常角膜伤口的愈合;房水中抗坏血酸浓度较低时角膜伤口的强度是否降低?此时,皮下注射抗坏血酸能否增进角膜伤口的强度? 动物实验分两组。第1组为正常眼角膜穿通伤组,白兔43只。在麻醉下作一长7mm垂直线状的角膜伤口,并用10-0尼龙线缝合。第2组为硷烧伤后的角膜穿通伤组,白兔48只。麻醉下每只眼用塑料薄膜保护角膜,暴露角膜缘至赤道部的环形区,用1N氢氧化钠3ml烧灼20秒钟后盐水冲洗,角膜仍保持清亮,立即亦按上述方法造成角膜穿通伤。术后把白兔对半分成实验组和
