薪酬满意度的高低很大程度上会影响企业员工的工作积极性,这对企业绩效目标的达成至关重要。本文以YF公司销售人员的薪酬满意度为主要研究对象,对其薪酬结构存在的问题进行了深入分析。利用AHP模型,同时依据德尔菲法及斯塔相对等级量表,构建出YF公司销售人员薪酬满意度定量化测评指标体系。通过构建判断矩阵,对YF企业销售人员薪酬满意度进行实证分析,借助SPSS17.0对数据进行数理分析,并进行一致性检验,最终得出YF公司销售人员薪酬满意度测评指标体系,并对结果进行多维分析,为今后YF企业如何提高销售人员薪酬满意度提出了可行性建议,并为同类企业薪酬制度发展提供经验借鉴。
The level of salary satisfaction will largely affect the enthusiasm of employees, which is essential for the achievement of corporate performance goals. In this paper, YF company’s sales staff satisfaction as the main research object, the pay structure of the problems in-depth analysis. Using AHP model, based on the Delphi method and Star relative rating scale, a quantitative evaluation index system of salary satisfaction of YF salesman was constructed. By constructing the judgment matrix, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the salary satisfaction of YF salespeople, analyzes the data with SPSS 17.0, and conducts the consistency test to finally get the evaluation index system of the salary satisfaction of YF salespersons. Multidimensional analysis for future YF enterprises how to improve salaries and salaries of employees made a feasibility proposal, and for the development of similar enterprises pay experience provide lessons.
