研究了标准热处理的径锻GH4169合金不同部位的组织与性能差别。结果表明:边缘处晶粒最细,晶界δ相析出量最大,而1/2R和中心处差别不大;在边缘晶界的交汇处发现较多的碳化物。设定650℃,725MPa的蠕变条件,边缘处的试样蠕变寿命最短,而1/2R和中心部位的试样寿命相差不大;对3个部位蠕变的试样观察发现,边缘处δ相数量最多,且晶界处存在较多孔洞。晶粒的细化未能提高合金的蠕变寿命,而边缘晶界孔洞的存在会显著降低其蠕变寿命。
The differences of microstructure and properties of different parts of radial forging GH4169 alloy after standard heat treatment were studied. The results show that the grain is the thinnest at the edge, and the δ phase precipitates is the largest, while the 1 / 2R is not much different from the center. More carbides are found at the intersection of the edge grain boundaries. Set the creep condition of 650 ℃, 725MPa, the edge of the specimen creep life of the shortest, and 1 / 2R and the central part of the sample life is not big difference; the three parts of the creep specimen observation found that the edge The δ-phase is the most abundant, with many holes in the grain boundaries. Grain refinement fails to increase the creep life of the alloy, while the presence of edge grain boundaries significantly reduces its creep life.
