随着素质教育的不断深化,如何落实新课程的教育理念,改变传统课堂结构,发挥学生获取知识的主动性,减负且增质,是摆在每个教育者面前的问题。因此,根据“指导——自主学习”的教改模式,把传统的学生依赖教师的跟随性学习转化为在教师指导下自主、独立地学习,把教学立足在最近发展区水平。经过三年的实践,这一教改模式取得良好效果。
With the continuous deepening of quality education, it is a problem that every educator faces before how to implement the educational concept of new curriculum, change the traditional classroom structure, give play to the students’ initiative to acquire knowledge, reduce the burden and increase the quality. Therefore, according to the teaching reform mode of “Guidance-Autonomous Learning ”, the traditional student-dependent follow-up study is transformed into learning autonomously and independently under the guidance of teachers, and teaching is based at the level of the nearest development zone. After three years of practice, this reform model has achieved good results.
