8月中旬,国家计委再次上调了国内成品油零售中准价,这是今年以来的第五次上调。调整后,汽、柴油零售中准价每吨分别达到3980元和3264元,提高了270元和160元,涨幅为7.28％和5.15％;与年初相比则分别提高了1043元和735元,涨幅为35.5％和29.1％。石油、石化两大集团在此基础上依据市场供求情况在规定的上下5％浮动范围内分别按上浮2％和5％执行。批发价按在零售价基础上倒扣5.5％批零差率执行。
