校园文化是由办学理念、教学风气、学习风气、管理文化、环境文化、健康文化构成,并通过教育教学活动使之影响师生发展的学校内诸教育因素的总和。其中理念是方向,教风是主导,学风是主体,管理是中枢,环境是外显,活动是过程,师生能否健康的成长主要取决于学校的校园文化浸润力。
Campus culture is composed of the concept of running a school, teaching style, learning style, management culture, environmental culture, health and culture, and through education and teaching activities so that it affects the development of teachers and students in schools, the sum of various educational factors. Among them, the concept is the direction, the teaching style is the dominant, the style of study is the main body, the management is the center, the environment is the explicit, the activity is the process, and the healthy growth of the teachers and students depends on the campus culture infiltration.
