目的:建立同时测定双金连合剂中7种成分(绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、黄芩苷、连翘苷、黄芩素与汉黄芩素)含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Agilent SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%的磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml·min-1;检测波长0~50 min,320 nm;50~115 min,278 nm。结果:7个成分在考察的线性范围内,进样量与峰面积之间线性关系良好(r>0.999 5);回收率(n=6)均在98.54%~101.2%范围内,RSD小于2.0%。结论:方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于双金连合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of seven components (chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, baicalin, forsythin, baicalein and wogonin) in Shuangjin Lianji. Methods: The Agilent SB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. Wavelength 0 ~ 50 min, 320 nm; 50 ~ 115 min, 278 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume and the peak area (r> 0.999 5) within the linear range of the study. The recoveries (n = 6) ranged from 98.54% to 101.2%, and the RSD was less than 2.0 %. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of bingjin binders.
