目的:研究秃毛冬青Ilexpubescens Hook.et Arn. var. glabra Chang茎的化学成分。方法:运用多种层析手段对秃毛冬青的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,通过理化鉴定和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到10个化合物,分别为3-O-β-D-半乳糖豆甾二烯醇(1),5,25-豆甾二烯醇(2),3β-acetoxy-28-hydroxyurs-12-ene(3),齐墩果酸(4),β-谷甾醇(5),白桦脂酸(6),坡模酸(7),丁香酸(8),β-胡萝卜苷(9)和秦皮乙素(10)。结论:化合物1为首次从冬青属植物中分离得到,化合物2-9为首次从秃毛冬青中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of stems of Ilexpubescens Hook.et Arn. Var. Glabra Chang. Methods: The petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions of Hollyhock were isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic techniques. Their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectroscopic data. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 3-O-β-D-galactosatodienol (1), 5,25-Sulostadienol (2), 3β-acetoxy-28-hydroxyurs- 12-ene, oleanolic acid, β-sitosterol, betulinic acid, parabens, syringic acid and β- And aescine (10). Conclusion: Compound 1 was isolated from the genus Ilex for the first time and compounds 2-9 were isolated from the genus Alba for the first time.
