采用PLC为核心控制部件设计了一条集破碎、给料和输送等设备于一体的自动控制生产线。在了解矿山破碎给料输送系统的设备组成和工艺流程的基础上,根据控制要求对系统的硬件选型进行了合理配置,并采用主程序调用子程序的方式进行了软件设计。为了减少控制系统的外部干扰,采取了一些抗干扰措施。实践证实改进后的自动控制系统运行平稳,安全可靠,生产效率可达80%以上,矿石年产量提高了40%。
Using PLC as the core control unit, an automatic control production line integrating crushing, feeding and conveying equipment was designed. On the basis of understanding the equipment composition and process flow of mine crushing and feeding system, the hardware selection of the system was rationally arranged according to the control requirements, and the software was designed by using the main program called subroutine. In order to reduce the external interference of the control system, some anti-interference measures have been taken. The practice proves that the improved automatic control system runs smoothly, safely and reliably, the production efficiency can reach more than 80% and the annual ore output can be increased by 40%.
