于体外器官培养的初级绒毛组织培养液中加入不同剂量马鞭草乙醇提取液,马鞭草的终浓度分别是12.5,25,50g/L。加药24h,测定每毫克绒毛组织分泌HCG的累积量:50g/L马鞭草组与对照组绒毛组织作透射电镜观察。结果:加药组每毫克绒毛组织分泌HCG的累积量均明显小于对照组(P均<0.001)。超微结构显示:加药组合体滋养层细胞微绒毛减少,溶酶体及髓样小体增多,滑面内质网极度扩张,胞质呈空泡状,核染色质聚集于核膜下,核中央电子密度降低。故马鞭草可直接损伤滋养层细胞超微结构,影响HCG的分泌
Different amounts of Verbena vulgaris ethanol extract were added to the primary villus tissue culture fluid of organ culture in vitro. The final concentrations of Verbena officinalis were 12.5, 25, and 50 g/L, respectively. After 24 hours of dosing, the cumulative amount of HCG per milligram of villus tissue was determined. Transmission electron microscopy was performed on the villus of the verbena and control groups. RESULTS: The cumulative amount of HCG secreted per milligram of chorionic villi was significantly lower in the dosing group than in the control group (P all < 0.001). The ultrastructure showed that the trophoblast cells in the drug-adding compound had reduced microvilli, lysosomes and myeloid bodies increased, the endoplasmic reticulum of the smooth surface was extremely expanded, the cytoplasm was vacuolated, and the nuclear chromatin accumulated under the nuclear membrane. The central electron density of the core is reduced. Therefore, verbena can directly damage the ultrastructure of trophoblast cells and affect the secretion of HCG.
