经过十几年的改革开放,我国人民的物质生活有了很大改善。看看市场上的繁荣景象,人们似乎再也没有“卖方市场”的感觉了。有些人开始认为,我国已进入“工业品富裕的时代”了。但仔细分析一下市场上的情况,我们就会看到,并不是所有的产品都供过于求;总量上“富裕”的商品,对不同的企业来讲,有的是“卖方市场”,有的却是“买方市场”。这种情况的背后,有个企业生产经营现场与市场的关系:生产经营现场管理好的企业,其产品才可能有好市场。
After more than ten years of reform and opening up, the material life of our people has greatly improved. Looking at the prosperity of the market, people seem to have no feeling of a “seller market.” Some people began to think that China has entered the “era of industrial products”. However, when we analyze the situation in the market carefully, we will see that not all products are oversupply; for the “abundant” commodities on the total, for different companies, some are “seller’s markets”, while others are “ buyer market". Behind this situation, there is a relationship between the production and management of a company’s on-site and the market: a company with good management of production and operations on the spot can only have a good market for its products.
