我院自1985年10月至1992年6月,对160例输卵管结扎妇女进行输卵管复通术。术后随访,宫内妊娠率63.75％,异位妊娠6例,复孕率67.50％,复通率为88.75％。现报告如下。 一、临床资料 本资料160例均为输卵管结扎术后,因家庭特殊情况,强烈要求行输卵管复通术需再生育子女。160例中有20人再婚,其男方原有子女,而且精液检查正常。年龄28～42岁,平均31.5岁。输卵管结扎时间最长者18年,最短者3年,平均10.8年。160例患者月经规律,经期、经量正常。妇科内诊检查:子宫正常大小,表面光滑质地中等,活动良好,双侧附件正常。B
