以某款国产轿车为研究对象,建立其白车身的有限元模型,并通过试制样车刚度、模态试验研究和有限元分析的对比,验证了计算机数值仿真分析模型的有效性和可靠性。在此基础上,综合考虑车身的静、动态力学特性,将轻量化研究与实际生产相结合,优化了车身零部件板厚的质量分布,实现了动力学特性基本不变,优化后总质量降低了7.84%,扭转刚度提高了1.54%;弯曲刚度提高了30%,为车身结构优化找到了一种切实可行的分析方法。
Taking a domestic car as a research object, a finite element model of its white body was established. The validity and reliability of the computer numerical simulation model were verified by the comparison of the rigidity of the prototype sample, the modal experimental study and the finite element analysis. On this basis, considering the static and dynamic mechanical properties of the vehicle body, combining the light weight research with the actual production, the mass distribution of the thickness of body parts is optimized, the dynamic characteristics are basically unchanged and the total mass is reduced after optimization 7.84%, torsional stiffness increased by 1.54%; bending stiffness increased by 30%, for the body structure optimization to find a practical analytical method.
