随着计划生育工作的推进,在校儿童总数中独生子女占的比重将逐年增大。教育好独生子女,使他们在德、智、体各方面得到和谐的发展,不仅直接关系到每个家庭的幸福,而且关系到祖国的希望和共产主义事业的未来。因此,研究独生子女的心理特征和行为特点,探索教育独生子女的有效手段,是我们每个教育工作者义无反顾的崇高职责。一九八一年秋学期,我们学校编设了一个独生子女班,交给我进行这方面的实验工作。
With the progress of family planning work, the proportion of only-child children among the total number of children in schools will increase year by year. To educate the only children so that they can develop harmoniously in all aspects of morality, intelligence and body will not only be directly related to the happiness of every family, but also the hope of the motherland and the future of the communist cause. Therefore, studying the psychological characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the only children and exploring effective means of educating their only children is a noble duty for every educator to hesitate. In the fall of 1981, one school for only children was set up in our school and handed over to me for experimental work in this area.
