在经济高速发展的今天,促使我国企业人力资源管理进行科学有效的进行工作,对人力资源管理提出了新的要求。企业追求目标就是利润最大化,提高利润最大化就得企业人力资源管理进行创新研究,提升人力资源管理者水平。本论文从不同层面阐述新经济时代企业人力资源管理创新问题,提出了解决企业人力资源管理创新的措施,为研究企业人力资源管理学者提供理论参考依据。
In today’s rapid economic development, to promote China’s enterprise human resources management to carry out scientific and effective work on human resources management has put forward new requirements.
