目的：评价特必萘芬（疗霉舒） 治疗慢性皮肤癣菌病的疗效。方法：采用特必萘芬治疗慢性皮肤癣菌病患者６０ 例。特必萘芬０．２５，每日１ 次，共用７ ｄ，然后用特必萘芬０ ．２５ ，隔日１ 次，连服１１ ～１５ 周。采用扫描电镜观察特必萘芬在甲内对真菌形态的影响。结果：痊愈５１ 例（５１／６０）；显效８ 例（８／６０）；无效１ 例（１／６０）。半年后复发２ 例（２／６０） 。服特必萘芬１ 周后病甲中的真菌可见菌丝断裂，胞壁破坏。１ 个月后见凝固、坏死。结论：特必萘芬治疗慢性皮肤癣菌病疗效好。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of terbinafine for the treatment of chronic dermatophytosis. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic dermatophytosis were treated with terbinafine. Te Nafenafen 0.25, once daily for 7 days, followed by tirofenacin. 25, every other day 1, even serving 11 to 15 weeks. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the effect of terbinafine on fungal morphology. Results: 51 cases were cured (51/60), 8 cases (8/60) markedly effective and 1 case (1/60) ineffective. Six months after recurrence in 2 cases (2/60). Trinitrofungin fluoride 1 week after the disease can be seen in the mycelium broken mycelium, cell wall damage. See the coagulation after 1 month, necrosis. Conclusion: The effect of terbinafine on chronic dermatophytosis is good.
