就业是残疾人融入社会、自我发展和共享社会发展成果的最主要方式之一。随着社会的发展,我国残疾人就业比例逐渐增加,但我国残疾人的总体就业水平仍偏低,残疾人的就业率远低于其他人口。由于残疾人自身残疾及受教育程度普遍较低等原因,在就业竞争中的劣势越来越明显。特殊教育学校作为残疾人教育的主体,加大特殊教育教学改革与创新,积极探索实践培养残疾学生的就业能力,是我们特殊教育工作者重要而紧迫的任务。一、影响残疾学生就业能力因素的分析
