本文介绍了上海华东电力设计院和江苏省溧阳县仪器厂共同研制的PY·HL-1型自钻旁压仪的仪器性能、操作程序和应用情况。实践表明这种仪器具有结构合理,操作方便,性能稳定,质量可靠的特点。最大试验深度达到34.5m,最大试验压力可达2.5MPa。由于旁压器采用双重管可调位置切削器,因此可在第四系软粘土、硬粘土和砂性土中自行钻进。土粒直径不超过17mm的颗粒均可自由地由循环液排至地面,在经风化成土状的岩石内或在软质岩石(如泥岩)内也可进行试验。 本仪器通过几个工程84次试验,表明在确定土的强度、变形模量、侧压力系数、基床系数、桩基的承载力,天然土层的应力∽应变特性等方面都是有效的。
This article describes the instrument performance, operating procedures, and application of the PY.HL-1 self-drilling pressuremeter developed jointly by the Shanghai East China Electric Power Design Institute and the Puyang County Instrument Factory of Jiangsu Province. Practice shows that this instrument has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient operation, stable performance and reliable quality. The maximum test depth reaches 34.5m, and the maximum test pressure can reach 2.5MPa. Due to the use of double pipe adjustable position cutters in the bypass, it is possible to drill in Quaternary soft clay, hard clay and sandy soil. Particles with a diameter of no more than 17 mm can be freely discharged from the circulating fluid to the ground, and can also be tested in weathered rocks or in soft rocks such as mudstone. The instrument passed 84 tests in several projects and showed that it is effective in determining the soil strength, deformation modulus, lateral pressure coefficient, bed coefficient, bearing capacity of pile foundation, and stress and strain characteristics of natural soil.
