1990年10月以来,我们采用中药“消痔灵注射液”注射治疗鼻息肉,取得显著疗效。资料和方法 60例患者,男48例,女12例。年龄16～62岁。单发型32例,多发型28例。单侧鼻腔20例,双侧鼻腔40例。水肿性52例,纤维性3例,出血性2例,混合性3例。患者取端坐位,鼻腔常规消毒后,在光源引导下用窥鼻镜扩大鼻腔,用1％地卡因棉片敷盖于鼻息肉表面,5分钟后取出棉片。用5ml～10ml注射器抽取消痔灵注射液,套装5号长型注射针头,在光源引导下,根据息肉大小,注射2ml～8ml于息肉蒂部和体部,至息肉苍白。隔天注射一次,一般注射3～4次。

With 5ml ~ 10ml syringe extract Xiaozhiling injection, set long No. 5 injection needle, under the light source, according to the size of polyps, injection of 2ml ~ 8ml in the polyp pedicle and body, until the polyp pale. Injections the next day, the general injection of 3 to 4 times.
