课堂教学作为学校教育活动最主要的形式,教师通过明确地教学目标、良好的教学设计及完善的课堂组织的密切配合来完成整个课堂教学活动。一堂效果良好的课堂教学活动往往取决于良好的课堂教学设计,而课堂教学设计始于教学目标的确定。如果课堂教学目标出现偏差,教学目标的主体尚不明确,那么整个课堂教师的教学行为就容易出现随意性和盲目性的情况,从而降低教师课堂的教学效率和教学效果。
Classroom teaching as the most important form of school education activities, teachers through a clear teaching objectives, good teaching design and perfect classroom organization to complete the entire classroom teaching activities. An effective classroom teaching activities often depend on good classroom instruction design, and classroom instruction design begins with the determination of teaching objectives. If the target of classroom teaching deviates and the main body of the teaching goal is not yet clear, then the teaching behavior of the whole classroom teacher tends to be arbitrary and blind, thus reducing the teaching efficiency and teaching effect of the teacher’s classroom.
