我国医药类高等职业教育的发展需要一支素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合、特色鲜明、相对稳定的“双师型”教师队伍。工学结合的人才培养模式构建引导医药类高职院校的课程体系改革,也引导医药类高职院校的师资队伍建设模式改革。高职院校教师团队是围绕育人中心工作,为了实现教学、科研、育人及社会服务为目标,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,增强“双师型”教师比例,不仅关系到职业教育的实施和体现,而且关系到职业教育发展的规模、速度和人才的质量。
